Just a quick update/reminder;
The Hertfordshire Golf digital County Card via the ig County app will expire on Monday 31st March 2025.
Some apps will update to the new expiry date of 31st March 2026 automatically, however, some may require a manual update to refresh.
Follow the instructions below should you need to update accordingly.
For County Card renewals please use one of the following options as different phone makes and models are behaving differently to renew:
- Closing the App (this includes swiping the screen upwards to shut it) and then reopening will update some phones.
- Going back to the App home page, click on the 3 lines top right then choose County Selection and tick Herts followed by save, then return to the County Card icon and this has updated for some.
- If neither of the above options work try deleting the App (click and hold to remove) then reinstall it from the App store and re-enter your details to download your new card.
