Dyrham Park Golf Club hosted our Women’s Senior Challenge on Monday 5th October.
The 37 players from across the county were welcomed by some wonderful early October warmth and sunshine and this was reflected in the scoring, with over a third of the field returning 34 Stableford points or better.
The overall winner was Jane Simpson of Essendon, with a score of 39 points, enough to secure a 2 point victory from 3 players with 37 points.
Gill George of East Herts’ 37 points won our division 2 voucher for handicaps 15 or above on countback from Lesley Cassidy of Essendon.
In Division 1, handicaps 14.9 or less, Holly Lovell of Mid Herts picked up the winners voucher with a score of 37 points, 1 point clear of runner up, Liz Crede of Essendon.
