fairway close to their playing partner’s ball, so the player marks, lifts and
cleans their ball on their jumper. The player then replaces the ball back on
its original spot. What is the ruling.
Answer:- A one shot
penalty. When a ball is lifted because it is interfering with play. The player
must not clean the ball, except when it is lifted from the putting green. (Rule
