England Golf recently named their Junior Regional Training Squads for 2024/25, within which Hertfordshire Golf were delighted to have 10 of our young promising golfers selected.
A total of 10 Herts based junior golfers were selected across all the squads, 3 girls and 7 boys.
In the Girls Thames Valley Region, the Sandy Lodge pair of Alecia Ibekwem and Darcy West, were selected along with Tala Clarke of Knebworth.
In the Boys Thames Valley Region, Finlay Rennie of Centurion, Nate Warren of Porters Park, Jamie Jackson of Knebworth, Nick Curran of The Shire and the Welwyn Garden City pairing of Louie Bloxham and Patrick Donovan were all selected. Ben Sessions of Bishop’s Stortford was named in the East Region Boys squad for logistical reasons.
